Job Description
The Business Development Senior Specialist represents the company in all aspects of Aftersales business development and marketing for all assigned markets by working and communicating daily with customers and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of promotional plans and sales strategies with the aftersales management and in cooperation with the marketing department.
- Arrange, schedule, and conduct business meetings and sales visits to support and drive Al Mansour’s aftersales service.
- Support the Aftersales Business Development manager in preparing sales plans by compiling accurate spreadsheets (balance sheets, income statements, cash flows, trends, and ratio analysis) based on historical and marketing information.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by effectively communicating with current and potential client representatives to ensure satisfaction and explore new service line opportunities.
- Create and develop customer awareness presentations and materials for Al Mansour Automotive products and services, highlighting how Al Mansour can support and grow their businesses.
- Maintain excellent relationships with existing customers, and identify new opportunities to up-sell and expand the portfolio, including cold calling, follow-up calls, and other tools to find and capture new business for current and assigned potential markets.
- Maintain positive relationships with insurance representatives.
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets and enhancing general sales capacity.
- Day-to-day accountability focuses on outdoor visits and indoor activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 3+ years’ of sales or account management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
